Accendo Law collects personal identifiers (such as name, email, telephone number, corporate designation) provided voluntarily when submitting consultation inquiries, requesting legal toolkits, or communicating with our advocates. Data is processed strictly for evaluating legal conflicts, preparing representation proposals, and fulfilling statutory requirements.

2. Lawyer-Client Privilege Protection

All confidential case notes, contract drafts, and financial claims shared during consultation inquiries are protected under Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 / Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. We do not sell, license, or share client data with third-party advertisers under any circumstances.

3. Data Principal Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, individuals maintain the right to access summary details of their personal data, request correction of inaccurate records, or seek erasure of data upon conclusion of legal engagements.
